DATA CONTROLLER

FDP Contract Sas, with headquarters in Conegliano (TV), Via Maggiore Piovesana 133, is the Data Controller of the personal data collected on this site pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

In accordance with FDP Contract Sas's commitment and care to protecting personal data, we inform you of the methods, purposes, and scope of communication and dissemination of your personal data, as well as your rights, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE DATA CONTROLLER

To offer you the services provided on its websites, FDP Contract Sas (hereinafter FDP), as Data Controller, must process some personal data necessary for the provision of the services.
This data may be provided implicitly by the tools you use to access and use the services or may be provided explicitly by you.
FDP may process the following categories of users' personal data:
technical navigation data relating to the IP address, the identification codes of the devices used by the user to use the site or services, the characteristics of the browser and access times;
browsing data for profiling purposes provided indirectly through the use of the service itself and obtained and analysed with the user's consent;
common identifying data provided by the user (e.g. name, surname, email, telephone number, etc.) for the use of products and services.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The data and cookies received from you will be processed by FDP exclusively with the methods and procedures necessary to provide you with the requested services and for the additional purposes for which you have given your consent.
Only with your express consent may the data be used to perform statistical analyses, market research, promotional activities via social media, and to send commercial information on FDP products and promotional initiatives. ( Direct marketing purposes )
With your consent, your data may be used for profiling purposes. This is done automatically by collecting information about your browsing habits while accessing and using the service. Using statistical correlation algorithms, this information is linked to similar information from other users to identify common traits and group similar information into interest groups. By assigning your browser to an interest group, our systems will subsequently be able to offer you content that is more relevant to your tastes and will present advertising that better meets your needs and better targets advertisers' interests, thus reducing disruption to your browsing experience.
As of the date you read this Policy, FDP Contract uses profiling data to aggregate marketing profiles, to manage the relationship with advertising investors and improve their campaigns, to infer usage patterns of our products and services and to assist commercial departments in the development of digital strategies ( Profiling purposes )
Finally, with your explicit consent, your data may be provided to other companies operating in the publishing, financial, automotive insurance, energy, consumer goods, humanitarian, and charitable sectors. These companies may contact you as owners of independent initiatives—an updated list is available and can be requested from the Data Controller at the address below—for statistical analysis, market research, and the sending of commercial information on products and promotional initiatives. Communications for market research purposes or for commercial information on products and promotional initiatives may be sent via postal mail, email, telemarketing, SMS, and MMS.
Please be advised that some activities may be carried out through suppliers, specifically appointed as Data Processors, including those located outside the European Union.
The legal bases for the purposes described above are the execution of a request from you as an interested party and the consents you have expressed.

3. DISSEMINATION, COMMUNICATION AND SUBJECTS WHO ACCESS THE DATA

Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be shared where necessary to provide the service to third parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by FDP for technical or organizational tasks essential to the provision of the services.
Access to the data is also permitted to categories of FDP employees involved in the data processing organization (administrative, commercial, marketing, customer service personnel, system administrators).
The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.
The right to communicate your data to third parties remains intact if you have given specific and optional consent.

4. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Your personal data will be processed by FDP within the European Union.
If, for technical and/or operational reasons, it becomes necessary to use entities located outside the European Union, or to transfer some of the collected data to technical systems and cloud-managed services located outside the European Union, the processing will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorized pursuant to specific European Union decisions. All necessary precautions will therefore be taken to ensure the fullest protection of personal data, basing such transfer on: a) adequacy decisions of the recipient third-party countries expressed by the European Commission; b) adequate guarantees expressed by the recipient third-party pursuant to Article 46 of the Regulation; c) the adoption of binding corporate rules.

5. DURATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Art. 5.1 e) of the GDPR, FDP will process the data you provide for the entire duration of the requested services and will retain them for the following 12 months for the purpose of completing administrative activities, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
If you have authorized profiling processing, the anonymous data collected from time to time will be deleted 12 months after the start of processing.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

FDP guarantees that you can exercise the rights provided for in Art. 12 of the GDPR at any time. Specifically, you have the right:
– to know if the Data Controller holds and/or processes personal data relating to you and to access them in full, including obtaining a copy (Art. 15, Right of access ),
– to the rectification of inaccurate personal data or to the integration of incomplete personal data (Art. 16, Right to rectification );
– to the deletion of personal data held by the Data Controller if one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR exists (Art. 17, Right to Erasure );
– to ask the Data Controller to limit the processing to only some personal data, if one of the reasons provided for by the Regulation exists (Art. 18, Right to limitation of processing );
– to request and receive all your personal data processed by the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request transmission to another data controller without hindrance (Art. 20, Right to Portability );
– to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for the purposes of sending advertising material and market research (so-called Consent) (Art. 21, Right to object )
– to object in whole or in part to the processing of data in automatic or semi-automatic mode for profiling purposes (so-called Consent)

Furthermore, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, which can be contacted at garante@gpdp.it or via the website http://www.gpdp.it .

7. PRIVACY OFFICER

FDP has identified and appointed, pursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, a Data Protection Officer on behalf of the Data Controller to handle requests regarding the privacy of its users and customers.
